TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT

To confirm your appointment, a deposit equal to 20% of the treatment price is required. This deposit often covers the cost of products used and is in place to protect against no-shows and last-minute cancellations. It also acts as a booking fee, therefore once the booking is made, unless you reschedule within the correct time frame, your deposit will be forfeited. Please note:

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the original treatment time, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling your deposit will be forfeited.

​This policy applies under all circumstances due to the limited number of appointment slots available.

ARRIVING RESPECTFULLY

Our practice operates from a dedicated, professional aesthetics treatment room within my home. The salon is easily accessed through the front door and up one flight of stairs. We kindly ask that you maintain respectfulness when entering, as there may be others working in the home.

 

To ensure a smooth experience:

Please notify us of your arrival via WhatsApp or Instagram.

​If you wish to bring someone with you, kindly check with us in advance to confirm.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken after the treatment on the day of your appointment. We accept bank transfers and cash as methods of payment. We are fully transparent with our pricing, and you will be informed of the cost before confirming your booking.

Please ensure payment is prepared in full on the day to avoid any inconvenience or complications.

LATENESS AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling will require a new deposit.

​Lateness: If your lateness delays another client’s appointment or extends the workday, a late fee of £20 may apply. Lateness also reduces essential appointment time, such as for numbing cream application, rapport building, and creating a relaxed atmosphere. 

If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment entirely, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit.

ETIQUETTE

At Leyla’s Beauty Bank, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for profanity, disrespect, or rudeness towards staff—whether in person or via text. Failure to adhere to this standard will result in termination of services.
